Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Avamm Group Pty Ltd (ABN 39 647 157 131), “we”, for your use of SignReady, a Chrome extension that creates draft envelopes in Annature. By installing or using SignReady you agree to them.

1. What SignReady does

SignReady reads PDFs you open in Chrome, suggests where signature, initials, date and other fields should go, and creates a draft envelope in your Annature account. It never sends envelopes to signers; you do that in Annature.

2. Your Annature account

You need your own Annature account with API access, and you must be authorised to use it. Annature’s own terms and fees apply to your Annature account and are separate from SignReady. SignReady is an independent product built for Annature with Annature’s permission; it is not made or supported by Annature.

3. Checking before you send

SignReady suggests fields and signers automatically, and suggestions can be wrong. You are responsible for checking every document, field, signer and email address before you send an envelope from Annature.

4. Plans and payment

• The free plan includes 10 documents per calendar month per Annature account. Every draft SignReady creates counts as one document.
• Pro costs AUD $14.90 per month for unlimited documents. It is billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starts as soon as payment is made, and renews each month until you cancel.
• We may change prices or plan limits with at least 30 days’ notice by email to Pro subscribers. A price change applies from your next billing date after the notice period.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel Pro at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for and is not renewed. We do not refund part months. Our refund and cancellation policy has the details, and nothing in it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use SignReady to break the law, to send documents you aren’t authorised to send, to interfere with Annature’s or our services, or to copy, resell or reverse engineer SignReady.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep SignReady available and accurate, but it depends on Chrome and on Annature’s API, which we don’t control. We may change or improve features over time.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by fields, signers or envelopes you did not check before sending. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using SignReady at any time by removing the extension and cancelling Pro. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of New South Wales.
