Refunds and cancellation

Cancel any time

You can cancel SignReady Pro at any time from the SignReady extension, or by emailing support@signready.com.au from the email address on your subscription. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

What happens when you cancel

Pro stays active until the end of the month you’ve already paid for. After that it isn’t renewed and your account returns to the free plan of 10 documents a month. Drafts you’ve already created stay in your Annature account.

Refunds

Pro is billed monthly in advance and starts as soon as you pay, so we don’t refund part months or unused documents.

This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If SignReady has a major failure, or we charge you in error, contact support@signready.com.au and we’ll fix it, which may include a refund.

Delivery

SignReady is software delivered through the Chrome Web Store. Pro features are available as soon as your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
