Privacy policy

Last updated 27 October 2026

SignReady is a Chrome extension made by Avamm Group Pty Ltd (ABN 39 647 157 131), “we” in this policy. It turns PDFs you open in Chrome into draft envelopes in your Annature account. This policy explains what SignReady handles, where it goes, and what we receive. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

The short version

Documents and their contents

When you choose Prepare fields, SignReady reads the PDF in your browser to find where people sign and who they are. When you create a draft, the PDF, the field positions and the signers’ names and email addresses are sent directly from your browser to Annature’s API. They do not pass through any server of ours, and we keep no copy.

Information stored on your computer

SignReady stores these in Chrome’s local extension storage on your computer. They are not synced and are not sent to us:

Removing the extension deletes this information.

Information read from Annature

To suggest signers’ email addresses and count your free documents, SignReady reads your templates and recent envelopes from Annature using your API keys. This happens in your browser; we do not receive it.

Information we receive

If you subscribe to Pro, we receive your name, email address and Annature account ID so we can link the subscription to your account. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We also receive anything you send us when you contact support.

Who else handles information

We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or use your documents or data to train AI models.

Chrome Web Store limited use

SignReady’s use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It is used only to provide SignReady’s features to you.

Access, correction and complaints

To ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or make a privacy complaint, email support@signready.com.au. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above, and tell Pro subscribers by email about any significant change.
